    Our flow King. Simon combines tranquillity with playfulness, mindfulness and humility in his Yoga practice. Simon joins his clients on their journey, as if to make a shared experience, yet at the same time, opens the space for you to experience complete solitude during your time on the mat. The world keeps turning, yet somehow- Simon makes it stand still- and for a brief few moments, life hits pause, enabling you to just, be.

    Sweet but spicy, Nat is a dedicated Pilates instructor and Physiotherapy student who thrives on facilitating mindful movement. Blending the art of Pilates with the science of Physiotherapy, Nat creates dynamic classes that are insightful yet intense, pushing clients to their limits whilst deepening their understanding of their body. Expect a strength focused class with lots of challenging layers and progressions, often complimented by a cheeky glute superset. Outside of Pilates, Nat indulges in her love for baking and spends her mornings off searching for the best coffee in Melb.
